  1. 1 1/3 cupcarrots
  2. 1onion
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 6 cupsVegetable Broth
  5. 3 cupscabbage
  6. 1 cupgreen beans
  7. 2 TBSPtomato paste
  8. 1 tspbasil
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1 cupzucchini

Cooking Instructions

    Chop everything into really small pieces.

    Sauté carrots, onion, garlic on low heat (around 5 mins)

  4. 4

    Add in everything except zucchini and bring pot to boil, then switch to low and simmer for 15 mins.

    Add in zucchini and heat for 4ish minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy, you can also blend this.
