Ingredients

  1. 1 headcabbage, chopped
  2. 1 lbcarrots, sliced
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 4Garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 5celery stalks, chopped
  6. 1 (28 oz)can diced tomatoes
  7. 1/2 TbsItalian Seasoning
  8. 1 TspPaprika
  9. 1 TbsWorcestershire sauce
  10. 1 (32 oz)carton beef broth
  11. 8grinds salt
  12. 8grinds Pepper
  13. Cayenne to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on Low for 8 hrs.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with Cayenne to taste and serve.

  3. 3

    Possible add-ins: mushrooms, zucchini, corn
