Ingredients

  1. 350 gbutter
  2. 350 gflour
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 1 tspbutterscotch flavour
  5. 11/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 7eggs
  7. 1/4 tsppreservative

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream sugar,butter,until light and fluffy,increased in size and almost white, add flavour

  2. 2

    While mixing measure flour,baking powder, preservative and sieve,keep aside.

  3. 3

    Break egg into a bowl and beat add gradually into your mixture and continue mixing.

  4. 4

    Add the mixture of flour,baking powder, preservative into the mixture until all flour has been added.

  5. 5

    Pour into a greased baking pan and bake.
