Seafood okra

Ingredients

  1. Handfulokra,chopped
  2. Seasoning of choice(salt,iru,stock cubes)
  3. Ginger, grated/ blended
  4. 2-3Green habanero
  5. Small bag seafood mix or cleaned hake,shrimps,calamari
  6. 1Panla fish
  7. Stockfish
  8. Potash

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil stockfish till soft and drain.

  2. 2

    Clean panla fish and seafood mix.

  3. 3

    Put blended pepper and ginger in a pot with water, season and let boil for 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Add your stockfish, panla and season for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Add seafood then finely chopped okra and beat.

  6. 6

    Cook uncovered for a min then add a little potash. Check for seasoning.

  7. 7

    Okra and seafood cook quickly so take off the heat after a few mins and enjoy...
