Ingredients

2 large thin
  1. 190 mlwarm water
  2. 5 gdry active yeast
  3. 475bread flour
  4. 10 gsalt
  5. 10 gsugar
  6. 50 mloil
  7. 60 g(1 large) egg

Cooking Instructions

    Add yeast to water in a bowl and let set to ensure activation

  2. 2

    Add flour and the rest of the ingredients then start mixing then kneading

  3. 3

    Let rest in an oiled bowl covered until double in size. Approximately an hour

  4. 4

    Shape, bake and enjoy.
