Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven or grill to 400°F. F.

In a large bowel mix the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onion.

In a 9x13 baking dish, add half the butter pieces to the bottom.

Add the vegetable mixture to the pan.

Top with rest of butter pieces.
- 6
Add the beer to the pan.
- 7
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
- 8
Cover the pan with foil.
- 9
Bake for 45 minutes. Stir and bake another 45 minutes.
