Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

This is the absolute best peanut butter fudge recipe I've ever used! It's not dry like some fudge turns out and everyone will enjoy it!

Ingredients

  1. 2 packagespeanut butter chips
  2. 5 cupsugar
  3. 2 stickbutter
  4. 13 ozmarshmallow cream
  5. 2 tspvanilla
  6. 1 canevaporated milk

Cooking Instructions

    Pour sugar, evaporated milk, and butter into a large pot and bring to a rolling boil (one that you can't stir down). Boil for 8 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients (peanut butter chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla) and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

    Once mixed, pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet that has 4 sides.

    Chill in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours (I usually do overnight). Once it's completely cooled and set up, cut into desired size pieces and store in a air tight container at room temperature.
