Ingredients

  1. 2 mediumSalmon Fillets
  2. 4 tspButter
  3. 1/2Lemon (juice)
  4. 1Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cooking Instructions

    Add the butter to a medium pan on medium to low heat.

    Place salmon fillets on butter and squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon onto salmon. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste if you like. Leave the lemon peel in the pot.

    Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or to your liking.
