  1. 150 gramsyellow split moong dal
  2. 1 tspturmeric
  3. 1 tspcumin powder
  4. 1 tspground coriander
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Submerge moong dal for 20 minutes.

    Discard water and boil moong dal for 20 minutes in fresh water.

  3. 3

    Stir in cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Simmer until you obtain the texture you desire.
