Ingredients

  1. marinade
  2. 1 tspcorn starch
  3. 1 tbspdry sherry or chinese rice wine
  4. 2 tspdark soy sauce
  5. 1 tspsesame oil
  6. sauce
  7. 1/2 tspsugar
  8. 2 tsplight soy sauce
  9. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  10. 1 lbdried wide rice noodles
  11. 1/2 lbflank steak
  12. 1 1/2 cupsliced onion
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 3green onions
  15. 1 tspcrushed black bean
  16. 3 cupbean sprouts
  17. 2 tspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    soak noodles for 45 minutes in hot water until soft and then drain

  2. 2

    combine 1tbsp dark soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and corn starch in bowl and add beef to coat. stand 10 minutes

  3. 3

    combine oyster sauce, sugar, and remaining soy sauce and set aside

  4. 4

    cut green onion whites and separate from green

  5. 5

    heat wok medium high

  6. 6

    add oil, garlic, green onion whites, and onions. stir fry 1 minute

  7. 7

    add flank steak and black beans. stir fry until beef is no longer pink, 1-2 minutes

  8. 8

    add noodles and toss gently.

    add sauce and coat. cook 2 minutes

  10. 10

    toss in bean sprouts and green onions. 1 minute
