Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  2. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  3. 2 largeEgg whites
  4. 1 1/2 tbspCanola oil
  5. 1 tbspFresh sage chopped
  6. 1/4 tspSalt n pepper
  7. 1 tbspPrepared mustard
  8. 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
  9. 4Boneless thin cut pork loin chops

Cooking Instructions

    Combine bread crumbs cheese and spices in shallow dish

  2. 2

    Whisk egg whites and mustard in another shallow dish

  3. 3

    Place flour in another shallow dish

  4. 4

    Dredge one chop at a time and flour coat well and shake off excess

  5. 5

    Dip chop in egg / mustard mixture allow excess to drip off

  6. 6

    Coat chop completely in breadcrumbs

  7. 7

    Repeat 4-6 for the rest of the pork chops

  8. 8

    Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat add oil stir to coat pan and add chops

  9. 9

    Cook 3 minutes a side until browned and done
