Ingredients

  1. 2full Vegetable(ugu)
  2. Salt
  3. 4full Waterleaf
  4. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  5. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  6. 1/4 kgPalmoil
  7. 1/4 kgPalmoil

  10. 3Maggi cubes
  11. 2big Smoked fish
  12. 1/4 kgCow meat

  14. 5 piecesfresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash both the waterleaf and vegetable(ugu) separately.anf slice

  2. 2

    Pour in palmoil in a dry pot and bleach for 3minutes.slice the onion and pour in.fry for few seconds

  3. 3

    Then pour inside the ppt and turn very well after 5minutes.remove the bones from the smoked fish and add to the boiling soup.

    Then pour in the waterleaf and fry be stirring so that it wont burn.fry for at least 10minutes.

    Boil the cow meat with salt,onion and maggi cube till is soft and no water in the meat.

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and pour in,stir very well add salt and maggi cubes and leave it to be boiling.

    Lastly pour in the vegetable(ugu) and use a spartula and turn very weĺl bring it down immediately after turning.
