Make at Home! Kahlua Liquer in an Instant
Liqueur made from coffee beans always has a very high alcohol content. And it doesn't taste like Kahlua.I live in a country where Kahlua isn't available in shops. I usually buy it in duty-free import shops. When I tried instant coffee, it tasted really similar to Kahlua, so I did a bit of experimenting. In order to get this how I like it, I made it over 10 times. This time, I used 35 % Eau Du Vie (sweet brandy). I can't drink strong alcohol because of my age, so I only used 120 ml. If you use 150 ml it's quite strong -- I think probably the same as Kahlua. Probably.... the real stuff should be around 20%. Kahlua Krunch Kobbler
This uses Splenda brown sugar blend, so it's lighter in sugar, but by no means a true diabetic recipe. This could easily be made with regular brown sugar if you so choose also, and the amounts are given for that. It's sweet and creamy and delicious with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Homemade Black Tea Liqueur
Since Kahlua Milk exists, I thought that a tea version should work too! I wanted to try it, but around these parts they only sell tea liqueur in big bottles and it's expensive. I had some white liquor left over from making fruit liqueurs, so I sort of winged it to use up leftovers, but the results were pretty tasty.I recommend using Earl Grey tea, but other flavors should work too. You can use tea bags too, in which case, use about 3 bags. Rock sugar crystals, raw cane sugar or beet sugar should work too. 30 g is not that sweet, but the resulting liqueur is easy to use. If you are going to use the liqueur in cocktails, use up to 50 g of sugar, but it will be rather sweet. The alcohol content is quite high, so be careful not to drink too much. Try it as a flavoring in baked goods. Recipe by Minori105

Homemade Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate is always best when it's homemade. It's also nearly as fast to make it homemade as to make it from a mix, you just heat up the milk then stir everything together. This is rich and creamy, sweet but not too sweet. The chocolate is the star of this show, so use a good quality one...not only will it taste better but the chocolate will melt smoother also. I like Ghirardelli brand. This recipe is enough for either two large mugs or 4 smaller mugs.

Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto
Dalgona Busteloo amaretto ..My husband and me récipe ...enjoy. Add all the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl (you can easily double or triple this recipe). Using a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip on one of the higher speeds.Whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn't get whipped.Taste (if is very strong! But of course diluted with your milk) and add more sugar IF desired. I've seen some people add another tablespoon of sugar, but it was fine for me. Remember it'll be diluted with the milk!Add the coffee to a tall glass (about 8-12 ounces) of your favourite milk. I've tried it with soy milk, almond and 0ats milk., then spoon the whipped coffee on top. If using hot, just add it to the glass.Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.Sip and enjoy! Also take a photo 😉
