Cooking Instructions

Use dry measure, measure 2 cups flour.

Using a measuring cup for liquids, measure 1/2 cup vegetable oil.

Add 5 tablespoons very cold water to oil, do not stir.

Add water and oil all at once to flour, stir lightly with fork. Form mixture into 2 balls.

Roll each ball between two 12-inch square sheets of wax paper.
- 6
Peel off top sheet of paper and fit into pie plate. Fill pie as desired, roll out other ball of pastry and fit onto top of pie.

I am able to make one deep dish 9 inch pie with this recipe. You may find it works out differently depending on how thin you roll out the crust.
