Cooking Instructions

Rub butter and flour in an 8inch pan, set aside. Turn on your oven and set to 180 degrees

In a bowl pour in the banana, g.oil, egg, vanilla, lemon zest and mix all till they are well mixed.

Sieve in the flour and add your baking soda, fold them in till smooth then pour in the pan and bake for 45mins or till a tooth pick comes out smooth.
