Simple BBQ Chicken

A lot of BBQ Chicken recipes wants a lot of spices and other things you need to buy but if you just have chicken breasts and BBQ sauce, this is a recipe that only requires those two ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. Main Ingredients
  2. 4breasts chicken
  3. 1BBQ Sauce
  4. 1Baking pan (glass recommended)
  5. 1non-stick spray
  6. Spices
  7. 1ground black pepper
  8. 1onion powder
  9. 1garlic powder
  10. rosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Defrost the chicken.

  3. 3

    Poke holes on both sides of each chicken breast using a fork.

  4. 4

    Place foil on a baking sheet and curl up the edges, like a tray.

  5. 5

    Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic & onion powder. Use whatever seasonings taste good to you!

    Place each breast in the pan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes

    Remove the pan and put each chicken breast onto a plate

  8. 8

    Drain chicken juice from the pan and put BBQ sauce where each breast was sitting in the pan

  9. 9

    Place each chicken breast in the BBQ sauce and evenly spread BBQ sauce on top each breast until they are completely covered

    Place the pan back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Broil the chicken for the last 5 minutes. This makes the barbeque sauce less runny.

    Remove from the oven and enjoy!
