Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

This is my take on the popular 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies and I do strongly believe the extra ingredients are worth it. They are delicious.

You can do variations of cookies with this recipe like adding in chocolate chips or a Hershey kiss on top after you remove them from the oven. You can get creative with it!

So easy and delicious!!

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt

I love these. They're definitely a tradition in my family. My Mom made these with my siblings and me and now I get to make these with my daughter. Very awesome.

At first they seem a bit to soft but after a while they harden. Absolutely delicious!

These cookies are yummy and chewy and full of peanut butter flavor ...makes 60 to 105 cookies depending on the size you make them ! Enjoy
