Ingredients

  1. 5 ozSalt Pork
  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 3 largeRedskin Potatoes
  4. 1 quartWater
  5. 2 cupChopped Clams
  6. 1 1/2 cupEvaporated Milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sweat the onion and pork. (Sautee to a point just before it starts to caramelize)

    Pour in 1 quart of water and bring to a boil.

    Once Boiling add potatoes
