Ingredients

  1. veggies
  2. 1 mediumonion
  3. 1 mediumgreen pepper
  4. 1 mediumred pepper
  5. 6shiitake mushrooms
  6. 2 mediumcarrots
  7. spices
  8. 3/4 tspcayenne pepper
  9. 3/4 tspcumin
  10. 3/4 tspsea salt
  11. 3/4 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 1/2 tsporegano
  13. 1 1/2 tspbasil
  14. canned goods
  15. 1 canjalapenos
  16. 1 canwhole tomatoes
  17. 1 cankidney beans
  18. 1 cancorn kernels
  19. meat & eggs
  20. 150 gramsground beef
  21. 1egg
  22. liquids
  23. 1 cupwater
  24. 2 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dried spices together in a bowl, set aside

  2. 2

    Chop all veggies (in a food processor if you have one) and canned jalapenos, mix together in bowl and set aside

  3. 3

    In food processor blend ground beef and egg together.

  4. 4

    Add canned tomatoes to meat and blend until mixed.

  5. 5

    Add spices to tomato meat sauce and blend.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in large pot and add veggies. Stir.

  7. 7

    Stir in tomato meat sauce.

  8. 8

    Simmer on low heat for 4-5 hours or cook in slow-cooker.
