Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add ground beef, chili powder, onion, cumin, liquid smoke, garlic, onion powder, cayenne and salt and pepper to a large skillet and brown.
- 2
In large pot, combine tomato juice, 3 cans of beans, tomatoes and chili base.
- 3
Warm on medium heat until chili base is melted. ( I put the containers in the microwave and get it melted before putting in the pot.)
- 4
If adding noodles, boil noodles as directed on package and drain. (Don't forget to salt the water.)
- 5
When pot of ingredients are hot, add meat mixture to pot. Stir thoroughly.
- 6
Add noodles and stir.
- 7
Get nice and hot and serve!
- 8
The longer it sits and makes love the better! But is also delicious right after being made. Enjoy!

Classic Chili Classic Chili
This is the best-tasting chili that I've ever had. It's nothing adventurous -- just classic and delicious! For fun, add some toppings to your bowl! Some of my favorites include:- green onions- cilantro- home-made mac & cheese- Fritos corn chips- Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles potato chips (but go light! Their flavor can be over-powering)- shredded cheddar cheese- and of course regular sour creamMaybe don't try all those toppings at once, but in smaller combinations, they can be delicious! :-)schultzisaiah
