  2. 2 can14 oz. pineapple
  3. 1grapes
  4. 1sweet potato
  5. 1onion
  6. 1 1/2 lbmeat
  7. 3carrots
  8. 1rice
  9. 1mushrooms
  10. 1tofu
  11. 6 clovegarlic
  12. 1 tbspVietnamese fish sauce
  13. 2 cupcoconut milk
  14. 1/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces

  2. 2

    Open cans of pineapple and drain juice into glass

  3. 3

    Cook meat

  4. 4

    Drop chopped garlic into vegetables oil in large pot on med heat

  5. 5

    Add half veggies and stir (veggies that need to be cooked longest go first-onions, carrots)

  6. 6

    Add fish sauce

  7. 7

    Add sweet potato

  8. 8

    Add cooked meat

  9. 9

    Add coconut milk. Use more if needed

  10. 10

    Add broccoli

  11. 11

    Add pineapple and cut grapes

  12. 12

    Add mushrooms

  13. 13

    Add sugar if needed

  14. 14

    Thicken with starch or flour if needed
