Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3medium sized carrots
  2. 3 cupsrice
  3. Salt
  4. 4 cubesSeasoning
  5. 2 Sachettomatoes
  6. 1tablespoon
  7. 1 tablespoonThyme
  8. Vegetable oil for cooking
  9. 2Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice for 15minutes,keep aside.

  2. 2

    Slice the onion,blend the crayfish and fresh pepper.

  3. 3

    Heat up vegetable oil,pour in onion,pepper and crayfish fry for 2minutes.

    Add the sachet tomato,stir for few seconds add curry,thyme and salt.stir the n pour in 2cups of water.cover to boil for 5minutes.

    Stir very well and pour in the parboiled rice.cover yo boil

    Check after 20minutes,onces the seed is soft and add water if necessary.

    Then bring down from heat.cut the carrots,wash the vegetables and serve with the rice.
