Ingredients

  • 2 cupschopped parsley (flat leaf)
  • 4 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 3 Tbspdried oregano
  • 1 Tbspsea salt
  • 1 Tbspfresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2-1 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes (depending on taste)
  • 1 Tbspsunflower oil
  • 1/4 cupboiling hot water
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  • 1non reactive air tight container

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop parsley and garlic making sure you have two cups of parsley.

    Add garlic and dry ingredients to parsley.

    Pour in sunflower oil.

    Pour in hot water.

    Pour in red wine vinegar.

    Mix well. (do not shake)

    Cover and refrigerate.(allow at least 24 hours for flavors to combine)
