Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsbacon rashers
  2. 200 gramscheddar cheese
  3. 125 gramsbreadcrumbs
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1/2 bunchchopped spring onions
  6. 100 mlmilk
  7. 1/4 cupchive

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven at 190C / 375F/ Gas 5. Equipment needed: 4 x 150 ml (5fl oz) pudding moulds or ramekins.

    Fry the bacon over a medium high heat until cooked but not too crispy then cut into bite size. I used a non sticky pan so no need to add oil/butter

    In a bowl mix together the cheddar cheese, cut in small pieces with all remaining ingredients adding the whisked eggs and bacon last.

    season then spoon into buttered moulds. I used silicone ones.

    bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until risen and gold
