Ingredients

  1. 250 gself raising flour
  2. 150 gtasty cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 tspsalt and pepper
  4. 200 grashed bacon sliced
  5. 100 mlgreek yoghurt
  6. 125 mlmilk
  7. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook bacon in the oven 190 C for 7-8 minutes.

    Mix dry ingredients - flour, cheese, bacon and salt pepper

  3. 3

    Mix wet ingriedients - milk, yoghurt and egg

  4. 4

    Put together wet ingredients into dry ingredients. don't over mix it and put in muffin tin.
