Ingredients

1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupPeanut butter
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupSugar
1Egg
1 tspVanilla
1 3/4 cupSelf rising flour
1as needed Jelly of choice

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 375

Mix butter,peanut butter,brown sugar,sugar,egg and vanilla until creamy

Add flour
4

Form into a ball and place on cookie sheet

Bake 8-10 mins
6

Remove and immediately press spoon into center making a bowl like shape
7

Fill with jelly of choice

Enjoy

These cookies came out amazing! They were SO delicious! 🤤😍 The recipe was minimal, easy, and made about 2 dozen. I didn't have any brown sugar so I used a little extra white sugar and a bit of allspice instead! I used strawberry jam and also added sprinkles to some of them and then even put marshmallow fluff in some of them instead of the jelly! My whole family enjoyed these! 👏🥰 Thanks a Bunch for the Recipe! It's a keeper! 🏆❤️ #cookies #peanutbuttercookies #peanutbutterjelly
