  2. 1/2 kgpomo
  3. Salt
  4. 2 cubesKnorr
  5. 1/4 kgFresh red Pepper
  6. 1/2 kgPomo
  7. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  8. 3 clovesGarlic
  9. 2big Onion

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the snails with alum very well,rinse the pomo with salt.

    Boil the pomo and snail with salt,onion,knorr cubes for 50minutes.

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with onion and garlic.boil till the water drys up.

    Heat up red oil to bleach for 8 minutes.allow to cool place back on the heat,pour in the boiled fresh tomatoes and pepper.

    Fry for 10minutes and be stirring.Add salt,knorr cubes and keep frying for another 5minutes
