Another level of cooking beans and plantain, my father in law's asks me what this is after eating it, because he has never eaten a beans prepared like this
Cooking Instructions

First parboil your beans for 5mintes for(pressure pot), and 20 minutes for your (normal pot)

When the time is up, pour it in a sieve, then put your pot back on fire, add your palm oil, add onion and tin tomatoes, keep turning so it doesn't get burned. After 2minutes add your fresh pepper and crayfish, also add water immediately, depending on the quantity you are cooking make sure the water will cover the beans

Then cover the pot and allow the water to come to a boiling point when it does, add the already parboiled beans and the sliced plantain, add salt and Maggi and the dried fish,cover to done. For pressure pot cook for (10minutes) and for normal pot, cook for 20,minutes depending on how fast your stove or gas is.

Check constantly for normal pot,because for pressure pot, you cannot open to check when it's done until it's actually done.
