  1. 1large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  2. 1/4 ccanned coconut milk
  3. 2 Tbutter
  4. 1/4 tspsea salt
  5. to tasteblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook cauliflower in steamer.

    In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
