Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 lbturnips, chopped
  2. 1 cmayonnaise
  3. 1/2white onion, chopped
  4. 2med dill pickles, chopped
  5. 2 tspDijon mustard
  6. 2 Twhite vinegar
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 2hardboiled eggs, chopped
  10. 1/2 tspsea salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large pot, boil water. Add turnips and cook 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Allow to cool 5 minutes or run under cold water and drain.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve.
