  3. 100 gmTaramind
  4. 250 gmjeggery

    Taramind ko soak kar ke rakh lo..tej garam paani me...mash all after 2 hrs...and pulp alag kar lo..chhaan ke...then...oil me jeera...heeng...red chilli powder daal ke....strained pulp mixture pour kar lo.2-3 min tak paka lo...then mix gur and black salt.....then saunf...and ache se paka do gaadha hone pe thoda sa gas off kar do

    And har cheej ke sath khao..like samosa..bread pakoda...pakode...aaloo,Bhot yum lagta hai...iske sath

    Now fry in medium flame until golden brown colour,

    Pour it in water an squeeze all water when u prepare dahi bhalla chat....other wise u can store it in fridge after frying...when ever u want to eat,dip it in hot water

    Soak urad dal overnight or for four hours...grind to a thick paste...if patla reh jata hai paste to u can add sooji in it..it should b thick..otherwise oil jyada soak karega....usko fluffy b soft bnane ke liye we hav to brisk it fast for atleast 15 min....batter is ready...
