Ingredients

  1. 650 grampork bone
  2. 3 inchesold ginger
  3. 1litter of water
  4. 1/2 tspOf salt
  5. 1/2 tspOf light soy sauce
  6. 100 mlShao Xing wine

Cooking Instructions

    Quick blanch pork bone then set aside

  2. 2

    In another pot of water bring it to a boil then add in the pork with ginger and simmer for 25 minutes

  3. 3

    Add in the bak Choy and season it then simmer for 5 minutes then add in the Shao xing wine and off heat

  4. 4

    Enjoy a clear soup with some white roxe
