Banana-Rice-Pecan Delight! No Flour Dessert
I am not eating wheat these days, but had a bunch of bananas that were soft. I used to make banana nut bread with them, but couldn't now, so I experimented with what I had in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised. Hope you are too!!

Pumpkin Dessert Squares with Shortbread Crust
While there’s nothing quite like a pumpkin pie, making a crust from scratch can be a little tricky. This recipe delivers all the creamy goodness of a pie while avoiding the effort of making a crust. I made this for a Friendsgiving dinner, and it was a major hit, with people coming back for seconds! So, not only is it easy, but delicious, too! This is definitely a recipe that I’ll be making again and again. The original recipe is from Taste of Home. However, I added a small amount of salt to the crust and also added some vanilla extract and nutmeg to the filling. The homemade whipped cream is optional, but highly recommended.#Thanksgiving #Holiday #Easy #Dessert

Leftover Biscuit Apple Dessert
I didn't want to throw away my last three biscuits so I made this dessert. The family liked it a lot. I will definitely make this again. Maybe I'll try it with peaches or pears next time.

Pear Custard Dessert 🍐
This is a quick dessert that mixes up in a blender! It’s the perfect dessert to whip up for guests or for a snack with tea or coffee. It’s not overly sweet, and you can use firm fruits other than pears (like apples, nectarines, plums, peaches, etc.)This recipe is modified from Dinner at the Zoo#GlobalApron Week 5 All-purpose Flour#Dessert #Teatime #Sweet #Baking #Baked

Easy Dessert Glaze
This is a simple and versatile glaze. I first used it as a brushed on glaze for an apple braid and have since used it drizzled over cookies, as a dip and even as a coffee sweetener.

Dessert Cinnamon Rolls
I love baking and eating sweets, so I went that direction with some bread.-The reason these are so delicious is because of the prepared dried fruits, but you could also make rum raisin rolls, etc.-If you add too many dried fruits, they'll fall out, so just use a moderate amount.*Use your favorite bread dough and have fun making different variations. My mom always made us this dessert when we were kids. It is so easy and seriously so delicious. It can be made using chocolate pudding mix as well. Also a good dessert for kids to help with!

Easy Sweet Potato Dessert
I created this recipe because I wanted to make an easy sweet potato dessert.Adjust consistency at Step 2 with milk!!If the mixture is hard, when it's baking, it becomes dry. It's the best to have a lightly browned surface.Use plastic wrap to form the shapes. Recipe by Chanbi--

This is a recipe from my mother in law. The family loves it! It's great in the summer. I think it would also be good with blueberry pie filling.

Vickys St Patricks Day Rainbow Dessert, GF DF EF SF NF
Fruity fun for St Patricks Day! Jello Instant Pudding Mix is widely available in the USA but not so much over here. I order it in bulk from Amazon - it's available a bit cheaper through their Subscribe & Save option if you use that. Where our UK version (Angel Delight) is milk-powder based, Jello Instant Pudding Mix is cornstarch based and has no powdered milk in the ingredients at all. You can also look up my homemade instant pudding recipe from within my profile recipe list which is GF DF EF SF & NF. I do use powdered milk in my recipe but it's powdered coconut milk!

My Doughnana and Custard Cream Dessert 😀😉
I had bourght 2 packs of Doughnut rings, no one ate them next day i had this thought what to make with them instead of wasting and throwing them out. ..guess What they all ate the dessert I made with them. 😁#Desert

Grape Spoon Dessert
This is such an old fashion/traditional Greek Dessert, when I was little I would always laugh when they handed me this dessert. (Oh!! I wasn’t alone on this journey I had my side kick my cousin. hahahahaha really cool human being. Love her!!!) So, where was I, oh yes, my mother would always give me that greek one eye slanted face, that usually meant stop it!!! because I was being rude. But my side kick would continue to laugh after I would get that face!! she wasn’t much help. My brother on the other hand who is younger, would always take this little dessert and eat it even though he didn’t like it, just so he would not get that greek slanted eye face. hahahahhahaComing from the states from Pepperidge farm cookies, Oreos, Oatmeal cookies and so much more to this!!! Every year from the age of 10, we used to go on vacation to Greece for the summer and every house, I mean literally every house either in the village or in the city we went to had this Dessert. Now, that I am all grown up, of course I see this with a completely different attitude, and I do enjoy making it. 🙂It is so easy to make, the ingredients basically are Water, Sugar, Grapes. All it needs is a overnight stay in the fridge and a boil the next morning and your done. 🙂

California Farm Peach Cobbler Dessert
This is my take on Cookpad member Chris Gan’s fruit cobbler recipe, celebrating fresh summer fruit. I am making this dessert using traditional yellow peaches, no sugar, with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and home made Grand Marnier liqueur instead of fresh lime juice. Thank you, Chris. The batter came out extra fluffy with more baking powder and baking soda for the crust.#GlobalCookpadGames2024

Chewy Sweet Potato Dessert
This chewy sweet potato dessert made with this recipe is extremely chewy, sweet, and slightly glossy, perfect for any season. It's delicious and very refreshing. However, you should make a small amount or just enough to eat in one day for the best taste, rather than storing it in the fridge. Wishing you success with this recipe ❤️

Whole Wheat Carrot Muffins - Vegan Dessert
In the past year, the price of butter here has skyrocketed, increasing by 1.5 times. So lately, I've been interested in butter-free desserts. I recently brought home two kilograms of carrots, and besides using them in main dishes, I wanted to make some desserts. However, I didn't want to make carrot cake, so I looked up muffin recipes online. After referencing a few different methods and using the ingredients I had, I came up with this version.

Our Family's Sweet Potato Dessert
Lots of sweet potatoes are harvested in this season. It's troublesome to strain them when you make a sweet potato dessert. I briefly mashed them, so their texture remained, but it was delicious and my family loved it.It's easy to form into shapes when the mixture is cooled because it won't stick to your hands. When the surfaces are lightly browned, they are done. You can bake them in a oven as well. English Dessert: Blackberry Fool
I used some berries that I picked to make a fool that suits my taste. The basic fool is a mixture of whipped cream and puréed fruit. Mascarpone, cream cheese, or custard may be added sometimes. It has many different variations.Step 6: It looks pretty if you stop mixing at a point where it still has a marble pattern instead of being combined all the way.Remove blackberry seeds by straining them to make them smooth. Use plenty of the fruit sauce.Use 2/3 of the sauce or all of the sauce, depending on how sweet and fruity you want your fool to be. The leftovers can be stored in a freezer.Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, or the kind of fruit you're using. Recipe by KT121

Chewy Pao De Queijo for Dessert Lovers
I only have eyes for things with a springy texture. Especially when making my beloved pao de queijo, I tried various recipes by making it with shiratama rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and potatoes etc., but making it with tapioca powder was the best! This is a personal preference, but turning on the heat after adding in the tapioca powder will make it even springier. Most pao de queijo is cheese-flavored, but I arranged it in a manner that would compliment sweet red beans.Make sure that it doesn't burn when you add the powdered ingredients to the pot and turn on the heat. This will turn out to be a rather heavy dough, but keep kneading it without taking a break, and the springiness will increase even more. Recipe by Chokohoney

Bread Pudding
I had some French bread in the freezer for bread pudding, but I didn’t know when I was going to make it. I saw “Chef John” make something that resembled a bread pudding using a syrup. I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate a syrup into this bread pudding.

Simple Bread Pudding
I don't have oven. So I try to make bread pudding with Microwave ^-^

Dense Pudding Bread
I used Cherimu-San's pudding sheet recipe, but the pudding mix I bought was a little different, so I had to adjust this recipe to suit the mix. The result was surprisingly delicious. I made the recipe several times to adjust the bread dough ingredients and manufacturing technique. The pudding flavour should permeate the bread, so make sure to fold the pudding sheet in thoroughly. This should be easy to do regardless of skill level. The pudding sheet is like a stiff and tacky custard cream, and adds a bit of moisture to an otherwise perfect bread dough. If you want to learn folding techniques, see Recipe by Osshosan

Breakfast Bread Pudding
Oh... my... goodness. This is good.I almost made French toast but I poured the egg and milk over the bread and cooked it in the oven instead. English toasting bread surely is the best bread to use, but I’m always looking for it and rarely find it. I can’t say this would be nearly as good with just any old bread. It’s so good that buttermilk is not in this recipe which is insane for me.My kids didn’t even ask for a drizzle of honey.

Apple Bread Pudding
I wanted to make bread pudding with apples.I used round bread but if you want to use regular white bread, use 2 slices (from 8 slices). Adding grated apple and letting the bread absorb the egg mixture makes it fluffy. Recipe by Himeringo

Pumpkin Pie Bread Pudding
I had some leftover pumpkin pureé from making pumpkin tarts. I was thinking about using it for pancakes but when I got up this morning I felt lazy and thought of something more easy to make. This could be a hearty, warm breakfast during the cold season. Enjoy!

Bread Pudding with Cream Cheese
I love cream cheese.Cover with aluminum foil if the surface appears to be burning.Watch closely and adjust the cooking time.Add bread crusts facing up to make a moist inside and a crispy crust - it'll be even more tasty. For 2 ramekins' worth. Recipe by Mai*Mai
