Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 5 tablespoonssugar
  3. 2 tablespoonspowdered milk
  4. 2 teaspoondry yeast
  5. Pinchnutmeg and salt
  6. 180 mlwater
  7. 1egg (it gives it a shinny look)
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve your flour into a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix together

  2. 2

    Pour water and egg then then mix together, at this point, cover with a Kitchen napkin and leave for about an hour to rise

  3. 3

    Open after an hour, then you see some bubbles on top.

  4. 4

    Beat down then heat your oil and fry till golden brown.
