Crêpes

Hello, been a long time. Have you tried out any of my recipes yet?
Today, I'm going to share a recipe for my signature crêpes. It's not too sweet but not bland either so it can be eaten on its own.
Crêpes are best paired with a syrup, sauce, fruits, etc.
As always, remember to read through a new recipe before trying it out.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift flour into your mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix on medium speed till thoroughly mixed.
- 2
Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- 3
Heat up a non-stick pan or if using a frying pan, apply a little butter/vegetable oil. Pour in a bit of the batter and swirl to spread on the pan thinly(very important, crêpes are always thin), allow to cook till the edges start to brown(1-2minutes) and flip to cook the other side.
- 4
Repeat same process for remaining batter. Serve hot or cold, you decide.
- 5
I've served mine with chocolate syrup and beef/egg sauce. The options are endless; ice cream, syrups, sauces, fruits, etc.

Basic Crêpes Sucrées Basic Crêpes Sucrées
At first I was adding sugar and butter to my crepes (as in the basic recipe), but at some point I realized they tasted fine without it, so I omitted it. Now I make my crepes with or without butter depending on the toppings I'm using (I do not add any sugar). When I'm using whipped cream or fruit as toppings, I cook these simple, light-colored sugar crepes until lightly golden brown. (This is just my preference.) They're fine without the brandy, but it adds fragrance to the finished product. Add as much butter as you like. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Smooth, Crispy, Fluffy Mille Crêpes Smooth, Crispy, Fluffy Mille Crêpes
I wanted to make a crepe that was delicious and easy to cut into with your fork even after time had elapsed. It's smooth, cooks easily, and can be made thinly so it looks great when layered. In order to bring out a richness I mixed in a little custard with the cream.Mille crêpes dough can be baked very thinly. Bake on high-medium heat. If you bake on low heat the moisture will jump out and you end up with dried-out dough. Add a little bit of baking powder for a crispy and fluffy dough. For mille crêpes 12 to 13 layers is the best. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -
Strawberry, Kiwi, and Peach Mille Crêpes Cake Strawberry, Kiwi, and Peach Mille Crêpes Cake
Both my husband and I love the mille crepes cake at cafe HARBS.My husband requested me to make one, so I tried to do it for the first time!!I'm amazed because I made this delicious mille crepes cake by myself!!I'm so happy we can eat a whole cake by ourselves.Bring all the ingredients to room temperature.Take your time to make this cake, and it will be similar to the original taste!I don't like when the filling comes out from the edge, so I didn't spread the cream to the edge, but it will be tastier if you spread it to the edge. Oven crepes Oven crepes
From Jean Pare's Rookie Cookbook, the first adult cookbook I was given in my teens. This one is a winner with my son and nephew. It's quick and simple, and is delicious with just syrup or fruit and whipped cream. Once I even put leftover ribs and BBQ sauce on it.Kit

Mother’s Crêpes Mother’s Crêpes
It’s a breakfast or lunch special. My mother usually makes crêpes in big batches and we love eating them with sweet or savory toppings. In some recipes, Crêpes are even used to make dinner specials. Maybe I’ll post a dinner table recipe using crêpes some day! ;) Emre Bakan -

Totally in love 😍 🥰 with this recipe that I found in one of my favorite food bloggers pages in Instagram. It’s thin and tender and deliciously buttery 😋 You can use any kinds of fillings you like. My favorite is always hazelnut spread and fresh strawberries 🍓 Hmmm now I’m thinking of making the chocolate version of this yummy crepe. What do you think? Do you also like chocolate crepe? 😊Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary (Indonesian recipes) or @jenscookdineandtravel (English recipes) 🙏🏻 jenscookingdiary -
Authentic French Crepe Batter Authentic French Crepe Batter
I modified the ingredient amounts of a crepe recipe that I found in a French recipe book.If you add the milk in gradually rather than all at once, it will help prevent lumps from forming. Also make sure to only add the butter a little at a time too! Recipe by BUNNYMOM cookpad.japan -

This is not my recipe. I learned this recipe at Gino's Culinary Studio in NY. This recipe makes several crepes, about 15. You can either cut the recipe down or save the already made crepes in the fridge for use later. Pacman
