Hello, been a long time. Have you tried out any of my recipes yet?
Today, I'm going to share a recipe for my signature crêpes. It's not too sweet but not bland either so it can be eaten on its own.
Crêpes are best paired with a syrup, sauce, fruits, etc.
As always, remember to read through a new recipe before trying it out.

Ingredients

  1. 13/4 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 2 tbspsmelted butter or vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Sift flour into your mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix on medium speed till thoroughly mixed.

  2. 2

Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Heat up a non-stick pan or if using a frying pan, apply a little butter/vegetable oil. Pour in a bit of the batter and swirl to spread on the pan thinly(very important, crêpes are always thin), allow to cook till the edges start to brown(1-2minutes) and flip to cook the other side.

  4. 4

Repeat same process for remaining batter. Serve hot or cold, you decide.

  5. 5

I've served mine with chocolate syrup and beef/egg sauce. The options are endless; ice cream, syrups, sauces, fruits, etc.
