Food-Allergy Friendly! Steamed Buns with 100% Rice Flour Food-Allergy Friendly! Steamed Buns with 100% Rice Flour
I made this because my daughter is allergic to wheat flour. There is no way to fail at making these simple fluffy buns.Depending on the fineness of the flour, the amount of water needed will be necessary too. So use a smaller amount at first and then add more if necessary. You can also use rice flour powder mix and it will turn out great. The other day I just happened to have rice flour designed for baking and it turned out fantastic. Recipe by Areko haha yuukorin cookpad.japan -
Spring Lentil Salad (Vegan) Spring Lentil Salad (Vegan)

I was sceptical about it for a long time, but it made it's way to my heart. The sun in Europe inspired me to create my own salad but with at least one warm ingredient: the crunchy baked potato! And I call it My Favorite Spring Salad. A CookYogi in Paris🇫🇷 -
