Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2 teaspoonactive dry yeast
  3. 2 tbspnsugar
  4. to taste salt
  5. water
  6. vanilla (optional)
  7. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix All the ingredients in a bowl and make a thick batter out of it.pls make sure its not runny because if it rises you wont enjoy frying it,

    Cover and let it rise just like in the picture below

    Set frying pan wit enuf oil on fire,when hot and ready use your hand to fetch the batter and dispense the batter in to the oil using your thumb and index finger to that.this tip will give you the ball shape you desire your puff puff to have

    Few secs to mins after ur puff puff wil start rotating and Browning remove from oil to collander,Then you serve with soup or enjoy it like that or with sugar.i like mine wit soup.especially Beans soup(red kidney beans),lamb soup,cow leg soup or kase(its a local soup made from ground cake dough,we call it tunkuza/sa) this for this particular one i paired my delicious puffpuff with kase soup.do give it a try and have a taste of Goodness.p.s i will try and post kase recipe some day in sha Allah.
