Caramel Banana Muffins Caramel Banana Muffins
I wanted to make soft, fluffy, buttery cake-like muffins with a small amount of butter, so I tried and tried and finally succeeded. Since I love this recipe so much, I want to keep it a secret. I bake these muffins in a variety of ways.If you prefer creamy caramel, then add 20 g heavy cream before adding the banana in the pot.The trick is the way to mix in the flour. Stop mixing as soon as the flour is mixed in!You must use fully ripened bananas with black spots So wait until the banana ripenens. For 4 muffin cups. Recipe by Marimo1016 cookpad.japan -
Banana Soy Milk Smoothie without a Mixer Banana Soy Milk Smoothie without a Mixer
When my daughter went off her banana kick, she left one sitting in the fridge. One morning, we were out of breakfast tea and milk. We had soy milk, but since my husband won't drink it straight, I just whipped this up, since I was pressed for time, and it was a hit!If the banana and soy milk are chilled, you only need little bit of ice. Since you'll be using a whisk, the bigger the bowl, the better. The more lemon juice, the more refreshing it is, so adjust the amount to taste. If the banana is ripe, or if you want to reduce the calories, omit the sugar. Recipe by Mogucchi cookpad.japan -
Cheddarwurst in a blanket from scratch Cheddarwurst in a blanket from scratch
Sometimes you may not have access to simple shortcuts to making what you want. Like you may want to use canned biscuits or something similar. I also wanted to do this for anyone anywhere that doesn't have access to some of the shortcuts. I hope this helps. This was my first try at this. It turned out very delicious! skunkmonkey101 -
Homemade Ensaimadas Homemade Ensaimadas
One thing I love is taking on challenges... and these ensaimadas were definitely a challenge. The first batch was a flop, but the second was a total success. If you love ensaimadas, having them freshly baked on a Sunday—maybe for an upcoming holiday weekend—with some good hot chocolate... oh, I'm already drooling! I hope you enjoy them, and if you have any questions, I'll be here to help. Keep in mind that you need to let the shaped ensaimadas rise overnight, so you'll need about a day and a bit to make them. Challah Challah
I adapted this recipe from a popular recipe I found online, but that one used shortening and had too much salt.I sorta lazily skipped most of the kneading. And I think that's why the loaves didn't really have a true braided definition like you would expect from a challah. Probably should have used a bit more flour as well. But, it turned out so good that I'm not sure I want to do it the right way. Ryan Goodwin -
Chocolate & Banana Brownies Chocolate & Banana Brownies
I made a banana version of my original apple brownie recipe. When you microwave the banana, it will melt and you'll get a smooth batter. If you'd prefer the banana to keep its texture, mash it with a fork instead of microwaving it, then add it to the mixture. If the chocolate you are using is not so sweet, add some more sugar.
