Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 Tbutter
  2. 1 lbsirloin or beef tenderloin, thinly sliced into 1/2" strips
  3. 12 ozmushrooms, sliced
  4. 1large onion, sliced
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/2 cbeef broth
  7. 1/4 tspsea salt
  8. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  9. 1 csour cream
  10. 1 Tdijon mustard
  11. 2 pkg (8 oz)Shirataki noodles, fettuccine style

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large skillet, melt 1 T butter. Sear beef working in batches if necessary. Transfer to plate and set aside.

    In skillet, melt 2 T butter. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion and cook 5 min. Add beef, broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 min.

    Stir in sour cream and mustard. Cook 1 min. or until heated through.

  4. 4

    Prepare noodles - rinse, drain, dry. Divide into four portions and serve with meat mixture.
