Wash egg and parboil in a small pot of water once its cooked, remove from heat and put into a cold water for easy removal of the skin; remove skin and set aside

Wash pepper and onion, dice and set aside

Heat up water in a pot and add noodles spice; allow it boiled then add noodles, pepper and onion and sausages

Once the water is all dried up and noodles and sausages are cooked, remove from heat and serve with boiled egg
