Easiest Tamales Ever
I love mexican food but tamales can be so time consuming! So I did what I could and cut down the time, and also just made it easier in general. Still time consuming but not as much. Im not a huge meat eater but you can eliminate my filling for a meat filling if you have your own recipe. You can also use corn husks if you want more presentation and more work lol.

Mandee's version of McCormick© Roasted garlic & onion potatoes.
About 4 years ago I used to buy a seasoning package made by McCormick® called Oven Roasted Garlic & Onion Potatoes with Herbs. Only 2 grocery stores within 45 miles of each other sold this delicious potato seasoning. Until the last 4 years I can not find it in any store too save my life. So I decided to make this recipe one night and it ended up tasting exactly the same as the McCormick® brand. I've tried other knock off brands different flavors like rosemary and bacon bits added, but it did not do me any justice. So if you went through what I did you definitely need to try this recipe.*Also check out my other recipes under the name MandieBobby.

Vickys Cornbread Stuffing, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

Pepperoni and Cheese Calzone
On Friday, I made sourdough pizzas and had some leftover dough. So, I saw Kikey's recipe and thought... it's been so long since I made a Calzone! So the next day, with what I had left, I prepared this big empanada (as my husband likes to call it) and it was a hit. We ate 2... well-fed, but I think it serves about 3. You can also make it with traditional pizza dough.

Pickled Radishes
Several recipes and tips exist on Pickled Radishes, but I wanted a very simple and fast method of doing it with quality results. Mrs. Donk and I are gardening and have found that we have a overwhelming amount of produce, Radishes are more than we can put on the dinner table during the growing season and we have to do something with them. It's simple and easy! You can change it up in many different ways. For example, momma doesn't like hot and spicy but I do so I will put a little Tabasco Sauce in a few jars and omit it from hers. If you like it really hot, add some jalapeño slices! Enjoy and feel free to give any suggestions or tips of your own!

Easy Zucchini Namul
Zucchini are easily available these days and I use them often. The problem with them is that they go soggy after cooking. I decided to do the same preparation as with aubergines. Since then the cooked zucchini are better and we have always prepared them in this way.Zucchini have a lot of water content and tend to go soggy after cooking. Usually a lot of seasonings are added to disguise the sogginess. If you do the same preparation as with aubergines, you can refrain from using too much salt. For 2 servings. Roasted mushrooms marinated in white wine topped feta cheese
Hey everyone….How was the weekend for everyone?? I wasn’t able to do the garden, I had to many other things to do, so this will have to wait again. 🙂 Ok, so I was going to post some Halloween Cookies, but I decided not to because I’m really not that good at the decorating. 🙂 I had borrowed some things from my Pastry Chef friend but after a few tries the cookies looked weird, and I mean seriously weird and so I decided not to continue with the cookie decorations. Buttttt I did promise myself that I will practice on the decorating part, and I will ask my friend to show me a few tricks and tips about decorating cakes, cookies, etc.So, I decided to go back to cooking that I know I am good at and did the simple yet scrumptious recipe Mushrooms with Feta! Cheese!! 🙂 These Mushrooms have been marinated in wine, got you interested yet??? (I know someone who is because I posted this photo on my Instagram Account hahahahahaha) and roasted with ingredients that just makes this a delicious appetiser or main dish if you love Mushrooms like me. 🙂

Challah
I adapted this recipe from a popular recipe I found online, but that one used shortening and had too much salt.I sorta lazily skipped most of the kneading. And I think that's why the loaves didn't really have a true braided definition like you would expect from a challah. Probably should have used a bit more flour as well. But, it turned out so good that I'm not sure I want to do it the right way.

Braised Pork Leg with Rice
