Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlMix daal (arhar,urad,chana,moong)
  2. 1 bowlMix veggies chopped (bottlegourd,potato,tomato,pumpkin)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  6. 2 tbspOil
  7. 1 tspMustard seeds
  8. 8 to 10Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves

  2. 2

    Now place veggies with spices saute for a minute

  3. 3

    Now add daal with enough water...pressure cook it till 4 whistle

  4. 4

    Garnish with green coriander
