Ingredients

  1. 🍚
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. Red/green normal pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Seasonings
  7. Veg oil
  8. 🥗
  9. 1medium cucumber 🥒
  10. 1medium tomato 🍅
  11. 1medium carrot 🥕
  12. Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    For the rice. Wash and par boil your rice for 2min cos basmati doesn’t take long when cooking.

    Now in a pot pour in your oil, chopped onion and garlic fry for a minute, add in your grated pepper and fry for a min or 2. Add in the seasonings of your choice, pour a lil boiling water allow to boil again for a minute.

    Then pour in your pre boiled rice cover and allow water to dry up. Nd voila

    Your🥗, chop your cucumber/tomato/ carrot and cabbage. Boil your chopped carrot for 2-3min for tenderness.

    Combine all together and mix with mayonnaise and some drops of lemon🍋
