Cooking Instructions

Put 5 table spoons of sugar into a put cook until golden brown avoid over cooking for the sugar not to become bitter.Cook untill caramelized.Add the caramel into a mould container

Beat the 3 eggs and add 2 cups of milk stir until u get a homogeneous mixture.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix.Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Sieve the mixture

Add the milk into the container with caramel and cover

Add water into a pot at medium heat

Put the container into the pot.The water should not occupy up to half of the container.Cover the pot with the lid and steam for 30 minutes

Take your container and refrigerate for atleast an hour preferably overnight

Take the container out.Put your plate on top of the container and take upside down (like you transfer your baking cake into a plate).Your creme caramel is ready
