◆ Walnut and Caramel ◆ Cheesecake

Previously, I just used walnuts inside and covered the surface with caramel sauce, but when I tried mixing walnuts and caramel into the batter, it became even more delicious, so I uploaded it as a recipe!
This is my mother's favorite cake, so I make it every year for Mother's Day and her birthday, and send it by chilled delivery (lol).

◆ 60g of butter is used to make a harder crust, so adjust between 50 to 60g.
◆ The caramel burns easily, so please take it out of the microwave early. If the caramel hardens when mixing with the heavy cream, melt it by warming it up again in the microwave and mixing briskly. Recipe by Rinkachan

  6. 6

Keep an eye on it after the 3 minute mark, and stop it as soon as it turns brown. ※ The color will gradually darken with the residual heat and will turn bitter, so make sure not to overheat it.

  7. 7

While the caramel is still warm, add in the heavy cream and mix briskly. ※ If you warm up the heavy ceam a bit before adding it in, it will not splatter as much.

  10. 10

Remove it from the mold once it has cooled and let it cool completely. Lightly wrap in plastic wrap after it has cooled completely, and chill in the fridge to increase the deliciousness! (For 1/2~1 day).

This was a cake that I originally made for my mother so I was really
moved by the many people who gave me a report on this on Mother's Day! Of course I sent one to my mom too.
