Cooking Instructions

In a pot,add in water bring it to boil.

Add in your pasta and let it cook for 5mins.

Wash it and set it in colander.
- 4
In a sauce pan add in the veg oil and onions, fry it for 3mins.
- 5
Add in your grinded pepper and fry it for about 5mins.
- 6
Add in the maggi and lil water.
- 7
Serve it with your hand made pasta/local pasta and sprinkle some scallions
- 8
Note u can add in minced meat,beef,chicken etc I served mine with fried chicken. U can also use palm oil or to mix the veg oil with palm oil
