Butter a part of each slice of bread, slice tomatoes and onions and peppers

Put veg oil in a pan, allow to heat up, add onions, pepper and stir fry, add tomatoes n fry, add salt and seasoning and stir, whisk egg and pour in the pan, fry till egg cooks properly then set aside.

Put bread in toaster and fill with scabbled egg, cover with another slice and allow to toast. Serve with preferred beverage.
