Whisk your egg with the salt, pepper and nutmeg until airy. Peel and slice,or chop your bananas, add to the egg mixture

Melt the butter but do not burn, together with the oil in a none stick frying pan. Gently make your scrambled egg by moving through the mixture with a fork, backwards and forwards and turning it ,trying not to brake up the banana., (it does not matter if it browns a little) , but do not overcook the egg it should still be shiny in places as the egg keeps on cooking for a short while

When your egg is finished devide the mixture into two and serve drizzled with the honey and sprinkled with a little cinnamon. Serve other fruit next to it if you like . Eat still warm
