  2. Ginger

    In a pot add your tamarind, some mint leaves and a little ginger (raw or dried)

  2. 2

    Add 3 glass cup of water and put on heat. When it boils turn off the heat and mash everything together.

    Sieve the mashed tamarind in a clean container. And add sugar to your taste and stir.

    Add ice cubes or refrigerate.

  5. 5

    Your tamarind juice is ready to be served. Enjoy.
