Ingredients

  1. Halfpack Spaghetti
  2. 2cooking spoons Tomato Stew(well fried)
  3. 1 cupChicken stock
  4. Spices
  5. 2 tablespoonscrayfish
  6. 1cooking spoon Veg.oil
  7. 1 cupmixed Vegetables
  8. To garnish
  9. Fried Plantain
  10. Fried Chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil Spaghetti, wash and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a dry and clean pot, pour Stew and set pot on fire. Allow to fry for 5mins.

    Pour in Chicken stock, crayfish and seasoning. Stir well and allow to cook for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Stir in parboiled Spaghetti, mix well to incorporate. Cover pot and allow to simmer for 5mins.

  5. 5

    Pour in mixed vegetables, mix well. After 2mins, put off heat and serve.
